THE MISSION
Two Labs, a company navigating rapid expansion through acquisitions and partnerships with various agencies, faced the challenge of adapting their marketing department to meet ever-changing needs while attributing their efforts to measurable results.
For the past 7 years, our role has been to be the operational arm of Two Labs’ marketing department. They needed to enhance their digital architecture, refine their brand presence, and connect marketing efforts to tangible business outcomes.
THE SPACE AGE DIFFERENCE
From year one, Space Age integrated seamlessly with Two Labs’ internal staff and other marketing / PR agencies, adapting to fill critical roles and support their marketing needs with flexibility and efficiency. We supported the sales team and account managers with the production of marketing materials, pitch decks, client materials, and more.
We designed and implemented a marketing and sales funnel architecture connecting their CRM to their digital presence and efforts—including gated content, webinars, and events—in order to nurture leads into sales opportunities. We developed and optimized productivity and lead reports, enabling data-driven decision-making and clear visibility into marketing ROI. This also allowed Two Labs to identify high-performing content and address gaps in their marketing strategy.
The Results
Our work with Two Labs has allowed them to create a highly productive, and successful Marketing program. Through our partnership with Geben Communications, we executed a comprehensive SEO strategy that drove growth in web and social traffic, contributing to an average 80% growth of all marketing metrics year-over-year. Our work on the Two Labs brand and website has supported them through multiple acquisitions, both by Two Labs, and culminating in Two Labs’ own acquisition by Envision Pharma Group in 2021.
