Typically 6–8 weeks, depending on complexity and stakeholder input.

Will the plan be a boilerplate template?

Every recommendation is specific to your organization, audience, and desired outcomes. We are not in the business of selling pre-made reports with simple logo swaps with off-the-shelf recommendations.

Do you provide resources to implement the plan?

Implementation happens in the next phase (Fractional Marketing Implementation) but we make sure the plan is fully actionable.
